Payment Processor

In HYIP business, having an account in one of the payment processors is a must. Why? Because all of payment are done through their service. The payment processors are acting as banks - they are the intermediaries between us and HYIPs. The payment processors provides online money or people called it e-currencies.

Some of the popular payment processors are LibertyReserve (LR), E-gold, E-bullion, Pecunix, AlertPay and lots more. It's not a necessary to open an account in all those payment processor, but it's not going to hurt if you do because every HYIP accept payment from different payment processor. For example, a HYIP accept LR and E-gold and doesn't accept payment from the others. However, having an account on LR is really a MUST - almost all HYIP accept payment from LR and LR has the best rates and the best fee.

Talk to you more on LR and other payment processors in the post.

HYIP for Dummies

HYIP or High Yield Investment Program is a type of investment where a person deposit an amount of money to the fund manager in order that the investor get interest in return. The money that was collected from the investors will, then, be used as capital to make the money grow in size or amount.

The return is quite big that is if it is compared to bank interest. For example, you can get 1,8% for 250 days. It means that if you invested $100, than at the 250th day, you will get $450. Some of them even offer hourly program - they will give you interest every hour for a certain length of time. For example, there's an HYIP that offers 10,50% interest an hour for 10 hours.

However, you should also consider the inherent risk this investment has. The biggest risk from this type of investment is that the fund managers (the HYIP owners) will run away with your money, and it happens VERY often, and there's nothing you can do about it. When it happens, that's what we called a SCAM.

Now, this is the point where you're gonna need a third party opinion. You can get this opinion from HYIP monitors, HYIP forums or HYIP blogs - just like this blog.

Will discuss more about this challenging and lucrative investment on my next post. Be sure to keep updated.
